Deliveries
Dojaa offers FREE UK shipping on orders over £100.
Our estimated delivery times (excluding holidays) are as follows:
- UK – Royal Mail Special Delivery – within 3-5 working days (£3.50 or free on orders over £100).
- International Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked & Signed – within 5 to 10 working days (£10).
- Bespoke and semi-bespoke pieces will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed with full insurance unless otherwise arranged.
Please note that we cover delivery charges only – non-EU customers will be responsible for any additional import duties or local taxes.
All deliveries require a signature. If you are unable to sign for a delivery, a calling card will be left so that a new delivery or collection can be arranged. Delivery delays caused by courier services may be out of our control, but please notify us of any issues, and we will do our best to resolve them.
Each piece of Dojaa jewellery is hand-finished in our UK studio and comes in its own box with a care card. If you would like your purchase gift-wrapped, please contact us via the contact form or email [email protected]. Each item will be wrapped in our signature Dojaa style. If you would like your order to be sent directly to the recipient, please email us with the details at [email protected].
Most Dojaa jewellery is not made to order. However, if the piece is bespoke, please allow 8-10 weeks for production. Longer production times will be specified in the item description. We will always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you need something for a special occasion and require faster delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 48 hours.
Returns
We hope that you love your Dojaa jewellery. However, bespoke and made-to-order items are not eligible for a refund. If you have purchased a ready-to-ship item from our webshop, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please email [email protected], and we will send you a return form to complete before returning your item.
Please note:
- Bespoke, semi-bespoke, sale items, and earrings are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend returning items using tracked and signed-for delivery to ensure safe arrival. Dojaa cannot reimburse shipping costs and is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item’s condition. If approved, we will process your refund and notify you via email. Please ensure that all jewellery is returned in its original packaging and in perfect, saleable condition.
